Shipping Policy
Bent Forest GPS requires a physical street address for shipping. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, FPO, APO, or any other non physical addresses. We can make some exceptions for smaller orders under $50, however we reserve the right to cancel orders that do not have a physical shipping address.
Shipping options are DHL, UPS, USPS, or Fedex. Every effort is made to ship the same business day as your order; all orders should be shipped no later than the business day following your order if the product(s) are available. Bent Forest GPS may on occasion substitute a comparable shipping method in order to expedite your order. For example, if you chose UPS Ground, we may choose to send the product USPS Priority Mail if delivery will be faster.
In the event, there are backorders or shortages on your order, you will receive a special email notice describing the problem. You will also be kept informed of the status any shortages.
Return Policy
Summary
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Opened items are considered used and must be assessed a restocking fee. Items that are freight damaged or defective will be handled quickly and accordingly.

Bent Forest GPS allows returns on any unopened product within 30 days of purchase. If the product has not been opened, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping charges). Products that have been opened must be considered used. Opened products may be returned after obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Bent Forest GPS. Certain exclusions and conditions apply.The following items cannot be accepted for return:Items in the category "GPS Software" or "GPS Instructional DVDs" (opened) Items sold on Ebay or in Auctions (opened or unopened) Items with rebates (opened or unopened)
Restocking Fee
The standard restocking fee for opened items is 20% of purchase price of the actual item (not including shipping).

We will contact with you with an RMA along with return instructions.
Condition upon return
The product being returned should :be undamaged and free of dents, dings, scratches, etc. be in full working order have all its original materials (e.g. manuals, cables) Products that have been damaged or are missing components may not be accepted for return or we may elect to apply an additional handling restocking fee. Restocking fees will not exceed 30%
Shipping Charges
Bent Forest GPS does not refund original shipping charges. You are also responsible for the shipping charges incurred while returning the product.
Refund
Upon receipt of your return and upon inspecting it to ensure it meets the requirements, a refund will be provided via the original payment method (i.e. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal). The refund will be issued in about 7 business days following our receipt of the return. You will be sent a refund acknowledgement via Email.
Defective items
Bent Forest GPS sells items from some of the finest manufacturers in the electronics industry today and each item will have a manufacturer warranty included. Most items are warranted for one year. In the unlikely event there is a defect in a product you purchase from us, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to get a warranty exchange for your product.
Items damaged in shipping
Although unlikely, if you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping please contact us immediately. We will work with the freight company to file any necessary claims and will work with you to get a replacement product.
